October of 2013, I upgraded from an iPhone 4 to a 5s. Upon getting it, I had to wait for 3 weeks because the new gold edition was on back order. When it came in, I went to North Lake Mall to get a case. As I was perusing the cases at a kiosk owned by an older Indian man, I saw a kid come up and bargain with him. He asked if he could get a specific case for $15. The Indian guy agreed. I was amazed at the boldness of his tactic, inspired as well. I saw a case I liked, and when he told me the price was $25, I walked out the mall with my phone protected for $20. The rest is history.
